1. Introductions of attendees were made; sign in sheet attached
Attending: President Mike Attwood, Vice-President Aaron Paxton, 
Secretary, Peg Weber
Guests: Naomi De La Rosa Arellano, Pima County: Stacy Balstad, Ward 6: Special Guest Miranda Schubert, candidate; Rodrigo Celevero (sp?), campaign manager


2. Updates
-Stacy B. indicated ballots for Proposition 414 are going out; election is March 11, 2025. Further, she stated she would follow up with Patrick Hartley and Ben Elias regarding Mountain Ave. improvements, as well as Cyclovia Event to be held April 6th
-Naomi informed group of 4th annual Art Program and upcoming Board of Supervisors meeting
- Neighborhood Improvements discussed, and Association name change progress


3. Upcoming Meetings and Dates were announced, with Community Corridor Tool Town Halls to be held Feb.13 and 20th; Mike will attend the Ward 3 date


4. Elections will be held at the March meeting, and the next meeting will be held March 12th, 2025, 6 p.m., at the Ward 3 office
