1. Introductions

2. Treasury Report: no new activity


3. Updates from City/County    TEP update: Mayor and Council proceeding, requesting more info, i.e. set backs, etc. On January 25 there will be a Zoning Examiners meeting


4. Extra neighborhood Developments
-TEP poles; no news
-Campbell/Speedway PAD it was reported that developer is looking for 350 residential units, and bottom story retail; there will be another meeting early next year
       5. Neighborhood Improvements
            -Mini grants due Dec. 31
            -proposition 411 should be reviewed
       
6. Park Tucson Funds; no news
